Simply take a small scoop of scrub in the shower and apply to the skin, using water to help exfoliate in circular motions.
Take extra time exfoliating stretch mark prone areas such as your bump, thighs, hips, and bum.
Once showered, pat dry and apply bump oil generously massaging across hips, boobs and bump. Use oil twice daily and bump scrub 1-2 times a week.
For best results apply oil to damp skin after showering.
Recommended use from 13 weeks onwards. Use during first 6 weeks of postpartum is also advised as skin finds balance after birth.
We recommend using Mama + Me Revitalizing Scrub once or twice a week from 16 weeks onwards and in combination with a body oil or moisturiser for best results.
