💧 How to Prepare Postpartum Pads with Padsicle Serum

Unwrap each pad by cutting the end of the wrapper and laying it flat (keep the adhesive strip intact).

Apply 4–5 pumps of the serum to the center of the pad. Use the back of a spoon to spread evenly.

Wrap the pad back up in its original wrapper or glad wrap.

Freeze in an airtight container or ziplock bag.

Prep ahead: We recommend making 15–20 pads in your third trimester.

To use: Remove from the freezer and let thaw for 1–2 minutes before applying as usual.
