SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.) If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days but you will be notified of any delays via phone or email prior to the normal processing time being due. 

Parcels are sent via tracking on 2-3 day transit- Rural takes 5-7days.* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the Christchurch area (not including rural addresses). You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). It is your responsibility to notify Mama + Me if your parcel doesn't arrive in a timely manner so they can lodge and enquiry with the postal company. If the customer selects a postage rate that is not sufficient for their address then they will be liable to cover any extra costs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your received product, you have 14 calendar days to make contact with us and return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If for any reason Mama + Me product is faulty or there was an error with your order we will take responsibility to rectify this at our cost, either through resending or refunding.
