Each bar is handmade from bean to wrap. Shirl + Moss work with exceptional organic cacao grown by smallholder farmers in the Kilombero Valley, neighbouring the lush Udzungwa Mountain National Park in Tanzania. The beans are hand sorted, roasted, cracked, winnowed and stone-ground for up to 80 hours before being aged, tempered and molded. The freeze-dried strawberries are folded in by hand, giving every bite a bright fruity crunch.
