C-Section - Recovery massage butter
Start application from 4-6 weeks postpartum* depending on your individual recovery.
Take in small steps starting by lying flat and gently touching the scar, thie butter will melt on contact allowing you to spread it across the site without any pressure.
Once you feel comfortable, you can build up to massaging with slight pressure around the scar. Around 12+ weeks* you should be able to start massaging the whole scar with more pressure. Massage for 3-5 minutes 2-3 times a week. You can also apply butter daily to optimize skin nourishment.
