To enjoy your Aromatherapy Botanical Wheat bag:

♡ Remove all packaging before heating.

♡ Place the wheat bag in the microwave with a cup of water to maintain moisture. Heat the wheat bag (without the scented muslin pouch) in the microwave for approximately 2.5 minutes, then in 30 second increments if more heat is desired. Always ensure the microwave plate is clean and dry before heating.

♡ After heating, insert the scented muslin bag into the pocket to enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy.

♡ If the scent fades over time, simply refresh it by adding a few drops of the included essential oil blend to the muslin pouch.

♡ Oil should only be applied to the wheat bag and is not suitable for direct use on skin during pregnancy or postpartum.

♡ Do not wash in a washing machine; sponge clean with warm water and mild detergent.
