Heat Gently:
Remove the scented mini muslin bag from the pocket before heating.
Warm the wheat bag in the microwave for:-
3 minutes at 650W

2.5 minutes at 700W
(Ensure the microwave plate is clean and dry before use.)

Add Aromatherapy:
Once heated, place the scented muslin bag back into the pocket. Enjoy the uplifting blend of essential oils. -
Refresh the Scent:
If the aroma fades over time, simply add a few extra drops of the included oil blend to the muslin bag.Important: The oil blend is not suitable for direct skin application during pregnancy or postpartum, apply to the wheat bag only.
