Remove all packaging before heating.

Place the wheat bag in the microwave with a cup of water to maintain moisture.

Heat for approximately 2.5 minutes (ensure the microwave plate is clean and dry).

Once heated, add a couple of drops of the aromatherapy oil to the mini muslin bag and insert it into the pocket of the main wheat bag.

Refresh scent by adding a few drops of oil to the mini bag each week or as needed.
