Each wheat bag is handcrafted in Christchurch using locally grown wheat and wrapped in soft, contemporary fabrics. Paired with our unique botanical-infused labour support oil, this set helps ease tension, reduce pain, and support more effective contractions, naturally and gently.

Labour support | Aromatherapy wheat bag set
The 15ml oil blend features therapeutic grade essential oils of Clary Sage, Roman Chamomile, Frankincense, Lavender, and Jasmine Absolute, all known for their calming, antispasmodic and pain-relieving properties. Diluted in nourishing coconut oil (caprylic triglyceride) and jojoba oil, it is also infused with dried chamomile, lavender, St John’s Wort, and vitamin E to support skin, calm nerves, and encourage relaxation.
Apply the oil topically from full term. Massage into the abdomen, lower back, hips, or the soles of the feet and/or add a few drops to your warmed wheat bag for enhanced relief. Reapply every 20 minutes as needed during labour.
♡ Remove all packaging before heating.
♡ Place the wheat bag in the microwave with a cup of water to maintain moisture. Heat the wheat bag (without the scented muslin pouch) in the microwave for approximately 2.5 minutes, then in 30 second increments if more heat is desired. Always ensure the microwave plate is clean and dry before heating.
♡ After heating, insert the scented muslin bag into the pocket to enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy.
♡ If the scent fades over time, simply refresh it by adding a few drops of the included essential oil blend to the muslin pouch.
♡ Do not wash in a washing machine; sponge clean with warm water and mild detergent.
