Postpartum botanical healing kit

$49.50Price
  • Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Water (and) Alcohol

Herbal sitz tea bag ingredients: Calendula, Comfrey, Plantain, Lavender, Rose, Yarrow and Chamomile.

  •

    • Boil a jug of water and pour into a heat resistant bowl or jug. Add one botanical brew pocket to infuse like a normal teabag. Each bag can infuse up to 2 litres of water so you can reuse if needed or do one large batch at a time and store leftovers in fridge for refill prep. Let the botanical bag soak & infuse until the water cools. *alternatively you can also add the teabag straight into your electric jug once boiled, let it cool and then use.
    • Once cooled, pour the liquid into the peri bottle to just below neckline and add 4-5 drops of witch hazel. (If you are having issues with hemorrhoids then you can also add a couple of drops of witch hazel onto a cotton ball and apply directly to the area.
    • When you go toilet post birth tip the peri bottle between your legs like the picture above and then squeeze in direction of your perinium. Start squeezing before you pee to avoid sting. Use for the first couple of weeks postpartum or until no longer required.
